Think I have hit the wall, going into my 3rd week at the same weight....
Even had a good weekend with calories compare at any other weekend.
Feeling frustrated again.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
