So today has been a great day so far... I woke up and ran a full 55 minutes at 6 miles per hour. It felt so good to ave the time to do that all. This morning I stuck to the plan to a T. For lunch i had a basket of strawberries, probably more than a cup worth. Then a 1/4 of a dounut and some cake Which probably makes up my 200 snack for the day...something i was trying to avoid and be good about. Anyways. I think i might hold off on the beans tonight and make a delicious salad with asparagus and broccoli instead. I hope i don't have to go out tonight and be forced to drink.. ahh.
