Honestly, it was super super close to beef but it did have a bit of some extra earthiness to it...I think it uses mushrooms. I did add a lot of seasoning because I was afraid it would be bland so I’ll try it plain next time. I’ve never had tofu (I know, crazy) so I don’t know if they are similar.
