mau tanya, kan skrg bb ku 46kg, tb 160cm. bmi aku 17.9 (underweight). apa boleh kalo aku msh defkal? karena msh byk gt lemak bergelambir, pdhl aku udh rajin olahraga juga. btw metabolisme aku skrg lg agak kacau gitu (bab ga lancar, dll). atau aku harus naikin bb ya? mohon pencerahannya dong kakak2 , maaf newbie soalnya jd msh ga paham :((
