yesss!!!! yesterday was great! I felt to be greedy and I fought the urge. it was pure greed. wasn't even hungry. I drank my water and pushed through. by the time I was ready to eat I wasn't even famished. it was good to come through that feeling on the winning side. I've noticed since I re introduced sugars back into my diet that, that's was all it took for the cravings to kinda come back. sugar test is a drug. bit I guess it's a good thing to still want them. keeps me humble. Anyways, it's a good day!
