Okay, I don’t know how to add photos on the app (might be a website only thing?) BUT! Big NSV today! So on Friday I had baked and decorated a cute 2 layer cake for my daughter’s first birthday! I served half of it to the family and kept the other half... I had a piece last night and thought to myself “this isn’t even that great... like it’s good, but it’s not great...” so I asked my husband today, he doesn’t love cake but will dabble, if I could toss the rest... he said he wasn’t going to eat it, so I did! This is a NSV for me because I hate throwing away food, especially sweets! So for me to do that, especially with something as important as birthday cake too... wow big deal in our household!! Good bye cake! Thanks for the memories!!

I go to the camera pic at the top under exercise, top right of main page ( will say breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack/ other ) I select the latter, and then add a comment.

Good for you! Throwing away food it really difficult, but the best thing to do.

just an update on this too, if you want to add a photo to your journal post you have to do it through the website. you will have the option to upload or drag a photo. hope this helps !
