Officially down 9 pounds!! I made a little tweak to my weigh-ins...We started a biggest loser competition at work and I needed to align my FS with the scale here in my office. Last week looks static, but honestly, it probably was as I fell off.
Yesterday, my friend and I did a two-mile hike in 95F...I wanted to DIE. I’m feeling good though, and hooray for a 4 inch loss in my waist!!!!
