I don’t know what to say. 😳 I guess my new plan is working(1200 base and eat back 50% of the active calories from my Apple Watch). So been eating plenty. Still giving it a suspicious side eye but I guess I’ll keep doing what I’m doing and hope for the best.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
