Day number 2 is going great, hungrier today but manageable. Yesterday was harder, kid had a swimming thing so we were gone till 8. I had every intention on making grilled chicken with grilled pineapple- got home and realized we were out of propane, went to prepare it for the oven, chicken was still frozen! Ugh. Ran out to get McDonald’s 😭 remembered on the way that typically a taco salad doesn’t have a huge amount of calories, saved myself making from making a bad choice.
Today is going better. Will grill up chicken tonight and start planning for next week.
