Really think the fruits are the reason the scale hasn’t moved. It never “occurred” to me that they’re sugar 😐 call it a blonde moment!! I figured it up and was having 10-15 servings of fruit a day. Restructuring the plan and we’ll see how it goes. Fingers crossed 🤞
