Today I met my goal 😃 I have lost 25 pounds in 5.5 months. I started at 175 lbs and now I am 150 lbs. I am proud of myself. ☺️
Doctor says 140 is a good weight for me, so 10 more pounds. I need to start walking , my new goal. Just wanted to share.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
