Hari ini harusnya recovery run paska lari 10K di BNI-UI hari Minggu kemarin lusa, tapi apalah daya. Kemarin ikut kelas HIIT Play dan bangun tidur pagi tadi njarem sekujur tubuh. Untungnya menu request keluarga hari ini sehat banget. Jadi bisa tetap defisit kalori, meski gak olahraga. 😂
