Yes I went to NY last weekend for a wedding and yes I indulged a little or I guess alot because my weight went back up to 214 from 210. This week I've been back on track with my exercise and eating, so I'm feeling good about good right about now. I haven't actually weighed myself since I came back from NY, so I'm not sure if I lost any weight, but I figured that I'll continue to exercise and keep on track with my eating. I'll also be walking a couple of miles on 09/30 for obesity in CT, so that will also boost up my exercise as well. Wish me luck!
