I have discovered that with eating too little food I start gaining weight in leaps and bounds. So I have decided to discontinue the fat fast per say but to continue to eat higher fat foods to prevent hunger and keep my carbs at the 20 Net carbs. I also think that 1000 calories is just too low for me being as my RDI is 1900. That's cutting them nearly in half and my body freaked out. I started packing on the pounds instead of losing them. Today is back to the regular game plan. Atkins OWL foods only until I get back in the swing of things and all of this company goes home. It's a little easier to cook for everyone if I extend into the OWL acceptable foods. I am going to try to stay within the induction acceptable foods list though. I'm just going to "wing it." I guess is what I'm trying to say in my half asleep rambling fashion. HAHAHAHA
