Had an exceptional week with weight down to 93.6 but then 2 unplanned/unavoidable parties happened on Fri/Sat, and spoiled my week. Sometime this is frustrating - knowing when to put your foot down and staying away from unhealthy food. Anyways, hoping for a better week!
