Hi, Luann. Your profile says you are doing Atkins and some of your diet diary shows that you are - but when I saw the high carbs on your shrimp yesterday I wondered if you had selected the right food from the database? Are you eating the breaded shrimp? If your scales aren't moving down fast enough, you may want to review the book NANY again and cut back to Induction levels of net carbs, then work your way back up to find what level you can eat and still lose. For my slow metabolism, I will likely be on Induction (20-net carbs or so) until I reach my goal weight. Each body is different, though.
