So have have been missing in action for a while now but getting back down to business. Summer semester has started so my schedule is back on track, I tend to get sidetracked between semesters because I have so much I want to get done durring my few weeks of no school. So anyways I am back and back to business. For those who haven't invested in a Wii yet I have to say I LOVE the new Wii Fit and find that I am breaking a major sweat doing the workouts daily, even more so than riding my bike 30 miles....so here is to more progress with my new tool......
