Well tried to do day 2 of week 3 of the 200 sit up challenge last night.... but was too freaking tired. Monday's just aren't good to workout, walking the job site all day really takes it out of me I guess. But I'm getting back on track (for the 3rd of 4th time now?) and I'm going to do the challenge and run 1 mile tonight. Haven't been running since January, and just feel so sluggish because of it.
