iya setuju sm sis @titin.puspasari latihan itu,😆😆 sama kurangii presentasse lemak keseluruhan tubuh dgn atur pola makan + exercise gerakan lain lebih ke Full body😃😃
jadinya kalo prensentase lemak turun,, bagian2 tubuh lain ikut menyusut😆😆

banyakin strength training atau endurance kalo bodyweight nya normal² aja tp agak berlemak makan di calorie maintenance aja but do some exercise dgn high volume intensitas sedang
