Well done Dave that’s brilliant, I’m julie and I’ve struggled with my weight for years. I’m 15-3 but my target is to try and lose 6stone. I’m only 4-11 so I feel very frumpy.

Thanks for the comments and yes I am really pleased. Its not been easy and took a lot of determination and self control. There is so many temptations to goo back to normal eating and drinking. My biggest recommendation is to use this FS app and be totally honest and ever over estimate your intake. Put the food item on your daily diary on here and read what it says then decide if you really want to eat it? I lost the count of times I entered a food on here then decided BAD idea and didnt have it and deleted it back to see my intake go back to inside what is recommended. Record every bit of exercise ,,, even sleeping is burning calories and make sure there is mostly more burnt than consumed. Its been a bit like by bible at times and I consult it constantly. Theres some great ideas on here and loads of support. I hope every one of you all keep determined and hit your goals. Dont ever give up!! Julie good look and keep determined, I have not done anything like this ever. I have tried and failed so many times to lose weight and now am lowest weight since I was about 15 or 16. I wished I had discovered FS years ago but there wasnt this sort of help then.

Gilly not so good recently. I pick at 3 or 4 rest are good. I am taking a 6 week holiday in 2 week time and planning to get them sorted once and for all whilst not working. I'm a car mechanic and tend to start at them when I knock my hands about or stressing over a job lol.

Thank Gilly I will. Plus won't be piling it all back on. We're cruising the canals on our boat and will keep eating sensible and healthy :)
