Scale hasn’t moved and for some reason I’m ok with that! I’m staying true to me, eating within my range, most importantly making healthy choices! It’s funny, I find myself asking, “is this gonna fuel me?”, before I eat! If it’s not then it’s a pass! Seems so simple now, before I felt deprived and if the scale didn’t move I was done, now, I know the scale isn’t the only determining factor in my woe! I’ve got this!!
