so i think my hubbs is on my side...my arch nemesis no longer. he feels awful right now bc he ate too much crap b4 dinner, then dinner on top of that...so, he realizes finally that he felt so much better when he was pointing with me! finally!!!! there is a higher power! yay! itll be easier for me to follow thru if he is on board too...and now with the kids...theyre in for it this summer anyways. daddys leaving to az b4 us, so theyre left here to start their eating back on track with me!!!! then when we all come together again...well all be healthier and on the right track!!!
