Quesadillas lol. Odd combo I know! Needed to up the protein so had the cottage cheese. Really wanted garlic bread but didn’t want spaghetti. To me noodles should be covered in gravy, chicken broth or not eaten 😉. So I had quesadillas on low net carb tortillas since I love them and I had leftover chicken. Kinda burnt them though as I was making the kids plates as I cooked my food :/.
