Back on the cabbage soup!!

I ate a lot of cabbage last couple of weeks. Never this fancy tho'.

Add chopped zucchini,yellow squash,chopped turnip,chopped green pepper and I add a touch of cayenne,garlic powder and Italian seasoning for some extra fiber I also use low sodium beef stock instead of chicken bouillon Just finished my last batch today for lunch (I sometimes add a bag of frozen soup veggies too. So very tasty and I find it so very filling Hope my tips weren’t being critical but just helpful ideal add ins Keep up the great job you are doing Your success inspires us as a family 😊

I also use pre shredded coleslaw cabbage in a bag no chopping!!! 😊👍
