I haven't been logging my food for a while or working out for the past week. Its been a rough time because I just finished my masters degree. I think the stress is the only reason why I lost weight.
I stopped cooking much and gained all the weight back I had lost from hard work. Now I'm thinking I lost muscle mass!
well it's time to get back to it! I'll get better and focus on myself again.
