Total fail last weekend and major weight gain! I rocked this until the end of February when I hurt my back. Back still not good, but I am going to work through it!! I am going to try I.F.16/8 and see if that helps. I am considering today day one of phase two in my new eating lifestyle. I also met a beautiful woman in February and she is not as supportive as she should be. She has a lot of bad eating habits that carry over to me. I am not blaming her of course, this is all me!! I feel that I am letting down all my supporters on here. Don't give up on me yet!!!

I hope you are able to turn this around. I understand how a well-intended significant other can contribute to weight gain. I gained 50 pounds in one and a half years of dating my current boyfriend. Maybe you guys can do this together? Even if she doesn't need to lose weight, eating healthier is always good. I had a recent family issue with my brother becoming very ill, so I binged, and I also had a significant gain. I understand the stress eating as well. Hang in there. We can do this!
