I forgot to weigh in or measure this morning so i shall have to do that all tomorrow.

as far as diet goes its been okay although today i somehow managed to convince myself it would be ok to eat not one not two but THREE ice creams - small ones at least but about 129 cal each!! not good :/ dinner will have to be a light salad but honestly i am looking forward to it. gym tonight as didnt go yesterday (mum stuff bleugh) trainer canceled on me which kinda sucked so i have decided to do an extra hard workout by myself to make up for it!

My family from the states are visiting next weekend so my sister and i are travelling down to london for the weekend to hang out with them. I am looking forward to it the whole family with all of the cousins will be there which will be nice. Its weird as i am at least 5 years older than any of the cousins i am kinda part of the adult group now which is good because it means baby sitting duties have been passed down to my sister(the second eldest cousin) and my cousin Megan (who is only a year younger than my sis).

My family loves food but luckily they are mostly all into healthy food so hopefully eating shouldnt be too hard, i might even take my gym stuff and try and go for some sort of jog on saturday morning before the kids bday party in the afternoon to get some sort of a work out in :P
