DAY 1 of Phase 1 is complete. It was not as hard as I thought. I guess it was easier because I keep so busy at work. Though the hard part came when everyone was eating in front of me, I stuck through it though.
Day 2 begins today so lets keep busy again so I don't think about food..lol
