Well the apple thing worked, really hoping not to have to do that again. Although I did alternate between apples and oranges it still made it for a long day. The hubby really pushed me to eat a regular dinner, so like they say, pick your battles and this wasn't one that was worth it, so I had fresh vegies and 2 fish stick things (as you can tell I'm not the cook lol).
Oh yeah, I also met my mini goal for January 5 lbs gone! Total of 35lbs of fat GONE!
