We are driving over to Opal Creek today and I'm looking forward to a lovely day in the ancient forest.
Lost another lb on the fat fast. Its amazing how good this makes me feel: peaceful.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
