OK today I have had

Slim fast shake 200
Shapers sandwich 250
Shapers crisps 100
Pear - 80
Apple - 100
1/2 pack beanfreaks chilli - 150
Kidney beans - 100
Wedges - 200
Go ahead bar - 120

Total - 1300 approx
So have been quite good.
Went to see Indiana Jones in the Cinema with my friends little boy - very good indeed.
