Ok so I have completed day one of beachbody insanity and it was exsausting and i thought i might throw up but by god i finished it only 59 days to go lol just when spring starts!!! Go Me!!lol

How do you like the insanity workout? I was thinking about doing it!

I have a love/hate relationship with beachbody. It's painful and makes me nauseous but I can feel myself getting stronger with each passing day. I haven't lost any weight yet but I swear my belly already seems to be drooping a little less :) Although that could be the self confidence boost I have from completing these very hard workouts! If you do try it stick with it, when your muscles are screaming at you the next day the best way to get them to stop is by start moving again. Day 2 I thought there was no way I could do another workout but by the time the warm up was over I was no longer in pain
