昨天吃的有点多…早餐吃的很饱……然后午餐吃了玉米,然后隔了一个小时,又接受了同事的邀请,去吃了木须肉,宫保鸡丁…然后!!一直到晚上都很饱…然后做了一个小时瑜伽,也还是饱的…就猜到今天一定得胖,哎…真的要管住嘴

不用看他们整天晒精美视频,其实减肥唯一不变的就是吃的少,有些人怕吃的少会很饿,所以一餐变换很多低卡路里食品,我想说这些人的决心呢,让小狼狗吃了么
