I need to increase my metabolism, and really log accurately!! I should be losing?

Are you keto? If that is the case I would drop some carbs and see what that does.... If looks to me like you are losing a bit at the time is good. Measure your losses with a measuring tape as well. Sometimes you lose inches

I agree on the accurate logging approach. It seems we're intelligent people who should be able to eat intuitively but apparently some of us cannot or do not resulting in the weight gains. I'm included in that group. Have some solid facts below your belt before proceeding with questions and misdirection's.
