Veggies with guacamole or hummus are great savoury snacks, watch the portions though! Eating frozen fruit straight from the bag is filling and refreshing. Anything with eggs is good, I personally love hard boiled eggs with hot sauce. Rice cake crackers are a great low calorie vehicle for all sorts of stuff. And meat jerky’s can be pretty satiating but you gotta watch the ingredients as brands and flavours can vary in salt and calories.

Those are great recommendations! However I don’t like fruit 😳 and I only eat chicken and fish!
I made some Parmesan Crisps, which help with my craving of chips!

My fav snack is roasted pumpkin seeds mixed with unsweetened dried cranberries. Though not card free it really hits that sweet n salty craving... and is surprisingly filling. I usually mix a 1/4c of eat and pick all day.

Are you eating enough protein? I felt the same a couple years ago when on the Eczema Diet for my skin. Low calorie, high protein foods to try: dairy free protein shake (rice or pea), chicken (no skin), beef jerky (can be surprisingly lean).

Include protein and some healthy fat to help feel full - try tuna with some avocado and salsa on lettuce wraps. Apple slices with nut butter. I eat when I am hungry and don’t worry too much about carbs, so sorry if this isn’t much help
