udah satu bulan aku diet gak makan nasi dan aku ganti sama oat. Baru aja satu hari makan nasi, tiba-tiba aku jadi gampang laper (gak seperti makan oat, durasi kenyang lumayan lama) dan setelah makan nasi jadi langsung maag. Hmmm...
