GREAT morning so far.. had breakfast with my man and had a bunch of good laughs then came home and walked 2.07 miles at a pace of 4.2mph felt good and it wasn't super hot out. Came home and did a lower body workout and had a peanutbutter protein shake YUM.. Sitting down here and reading through posts and journals gives me so much motivation its amazing. So many people are struggling and it makes me happy to see they are reaching out to others. That is why we are all here looking for an extra hand up or kick in the pants when needed. :o) I know I'll need the latter occasionally. Life is good.. Looking at a promotion in the near future at work and working with a few people on their health and fitness which is where my ultimate goal is. Have a GREAT weekend everyone (not that I won't be here)
