A little recap on this week. I have a weigh in on teusday-this is the 2nd time around doing extreme fat smash. My diet since last teusday has been excellent, no splurges no "oops" no cheating. I ran for 2.8 miles for two days, and since I'd never really run before every single muscle in my body was in the worst pain, sitting down became the most painful thing. So the day after I did a work out video low intensity to not get off track, but the next day was even worse. So yesterday became a rest-day so I could recover and my body feels a lot better. But then, last night my boss and co-workers took me out because I'm moving away soon and I drank too much, 4 mixed drinks : ( and then we all shared some chips (not good!) So this morning I feel awful but I've already started the day right with a great breakfast of fruits and water and I've already done a high-intensity workout. The next two days I will be going camping and when I get back it's weigh in time. Tomorrow and the next day I plan on running in the morning ( around the campsites) to stay on good track. I am very proud of myself for this week (accept for the alchohol last night). I hope everyone feels good about their week too.

Sounds like you are doing great! Don't get down on yourself about the drinks....it happens! Just get back on track and you will be just fine! Keep it up!
