There's always the option of doing take off. You can do it with oranges or cantaloupe instead of the drink they offer at the center. Have you tried to eat fish for your protein? That's suppose to be better than chicken and beef, of course. Try to stay away from any frozen foods, they are higher in sodium. Eat the lighter starches on the night before you weigh in. Actually if you try to stay away from the heavier starches for a week or so, I'm sure you will see a difference. I hope this helps.
