If you are low carb or keto, you should really try making cloud bread. It's so easy. The first time I made it I didn't think I liked it. I was craving a sandwich so bad so I tried again. This time however, I sprinkled "everything bagel" topping on a few. I made it up w/smoked salmon, cream cheese, fresh spinach & onions, and capers. I can't explain how happy and satisfied I am. So yummy!
