So today I went for the first swim in a long while... 2400 yards! It was a lot harder than I remembered it being, but I was very happy when I finished it. Unfortunately, when I went to look in the mirror I HATED what I saw. I did not look remotely similar to how I used to in a workout suit. Feeling depressed, I came home and played DDR for a while. Apparently I burned an extra 150 calories. However, I'm still dreading the night, because I always have late night/after dinner munchies and I do not know how to quell them! I even had after dinner munchies last night when I was just sitting talking with my mom... I had eaten a really good meal (1 serving of gnocchi w/pesto and lots of salad I'd made) but then I continued to snack on the pasta. And then I had chocolate (my vice) and Teddy Grahams after dinner :(

Any suggestions on how to quell the munchies would be much appreciated!
