Thankfully, I've completed the detox without going crazy. I feel better and I've had no stomach issues. Now to keep it up. Exercise hasn't been as large a part as I'd like. Now to carefully add in non craving causing foods.

I didn't see this until right now! Thank you. :) I screwed up my weight on the 18th of January, too and I can't get it off there. It finally let me fill in my weights from the beginning though. Hope you're feeling better today! :)
