On Saturday 12 -Jan- 11 i was 83.4 and today on 17 Jan- my weight is 82 Kilo, i feel its pretty decent to have lost 1.4 kilos in just 5 days. I know my calorie intake has gone low, and aim to increase the calories in right type of food. However, i am not very happy with the proportion of the type of food i am eating. my aim is, high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. Yet somehow, even with sensible eating, i end up consuming more carbs, moderate protein and low fat.
I hope to drop one more kilo by 24 Jan goal - 81 kilos.
