I was terrible last week. I was sick and just wanted to eat sandwiches. I didn't stray too much from the diet, but I did eat some sneaky carbs. Better now though so time to get back on track. Lucky no weight gain anyway.

Sorry you weren't feeling well. The carbs are 'comfort' When I'm sick, I usually have pastena soup....will have to come up with a different plan now that I'm a fat flusher!

We can still have flax crackers and spelt bread. I always want a peanut butter sandwich and chicken noodle soup... so now is a good time to think ahead to cold and flu season about how we are going to feed ourselfs when sick. hmmmm
