Well I am slowly getting back on track. Have ended my food orgy... Trying to get back down to 1800 to 2000 calories per day. Plus I have increased my exercise level. Doing a lot of yard work, and swimming slowly each day. We have an acre of yard and a huge in ground pool. So I try to do a little each day. However, today I overdid it. even with all of the machines I was out in the sun for over 3 hours. Came inside drank 4 glasses of water changed and jumped in the pool to cool off. Which turned into cleaning the pool from leaves and sticks that blew into it from the storm last night.
