Hello it's me...

Gonna try this again...the rollercoaster of emotions. Weight lost, weight gained...the story of my life ever since I was a youngster. Started my first diet around the age of 10 and am still working on it to this day.

I love food...all of it. Pasta, bread, veggies, fruits, good, bad, and everything in between.

Seems the only way I can lose weight is to eat salads and very little else. It gets boring.

My hubby bought me an instant pot for Christmas. I love it. Makes meal prep fast and easy and clean up is just a quick. I have tried a few things in it and it seems to come out well.

My hope is that this time around, my hubby will do this with me. He has been told he is pre-diabetic and needs to lose a bit of weight to get back on track.

We are eating healthier and doing more small meals instead of one big one and cutting out all the crappy snacks and adding healthy ones.

We have only just begun...so I will have to see where it all leads. The beginning of another long and stressful journey. Maybe this time the outcome will be different.

I can only hope....
