I really am doing poorly lately with my eating. I can tell that I don't feel as well as I have been because of all the sugar. Sugar sucks! I need sugar rehab starting today. I need to remove all temptation from my life! I have done it before and I can do it again! The good thing is I have maintained within a 10 lb. range for several weeks. I am one BM from losing my recent gain lol. I have a lot of support on here and feel I am blessed by that and need to be an inspiration to others.

Oh you can do this for sure. You'll get back to feeling great in no time :) Look how far you've come. That's quite an accomplishment.
