I just haven't been able to stick to my eating plan. But I am going to remotivate myself, probably even do a 12 wk challenge at my gym, just not sure if I can cope with the PT sessions, they look tough, but it just might be what I need.
It's so hard not having an LA weightloss centre here anymore, I'm sure that's my downfall, but I don't want to blame anyone but myself, I need to be stronger and stop putting in the wrong foods into my mouth.
