Aku diet defkal, 2 bulan pertama turun byk soalnya aku makan di bawah bmr. Pas tau itu bahaya aku makan pas di angka bmr. Olahraga seminggu cuma 2x zumba sm plank. Minum air putih 3 liter sehari. Banyakin gerak juga, no sarapan ya aku makan nasi tp cuman 1x sehari, kadang msh nyemil tp dikontrol
