Day One back and it went surprisingly well. I was on diet and had dinner before 8pm but I am terrible about eating at night usually. So here’s hoping that all goes well. I do plan on eating a yogurt and some hot tea before bed. Didn’t really exercise today but I might try a little shadow boxing, just something to get my heartrate up.
